System 2RA-ACL Precision makes it possible to control multidimensional movement of knee joint. This system consists of two splints 2RA and under-knee belts thanks to which femoral and tibial epiphysis do not excessively shift to each other in sagittal plane. It may appear in case of anterior cruciate ligament damage (anterior drawer test).
The group of products which belong to the ActivFlexible Line is made of ActivFlexible. This is an innovative fabric, manufactured mainly of polyester with silver ion, which assures fast derivation of humidity from the skin, effective skin protection from bacteria and unpleasant smell of sweat.
Products which belong to Activ Sport Line group are made of ActivPren. This structural fabric is made of neoprene foam of different thickness with outside layer of polyamide.
The products which belong to the Ultra Breathing Line are made of ProFit fabric, 2-layer, perfectly fitting material, stretching in all directions, modeling the shape of the limb, creating the, so called, second skin.
The splint contains adjustment of the flexion and extension angle every 15° and over-extension adjustment in the joint in the range: – 15° and -30°. The splint is characterized by perfect lateral stabilization and very low weight.
It is aluminum as well as single-axis splint and, moreover, it is equipped with adjustment of flexion and extention angle every 15°. Furthermore, there is a possibility for modification of its shape (it may be tailored to limb’s shape). Regarding application, splints are used in individual products, orthoses for children and apparatus of upper limb.
