Skręcenie stawu skokowego to częsty uraz. Może zmusić do rezygnacji z uprawiania sportu lub noszenia butów na wysokich obcasach. Skręcenie kostki może też wymagać leczenia operacyjnego.

Każdego roku skręcenie kostki przydarza się 360 tys. Polaków. Jest to zdecydowanie najczęstsza kontuzja, z powodu której zgłaszamy się do lekarza ortopedy. Polega na przekroczeniu fizjologicznego zakresu ruchu w stawie skokowym, które doprowadza do uszkodzenia torebki stawowej oraz więzadeł. Aż w 95 proc. przypadków jest to wywinięcie się stopy na zewnętrzną krawędź (inwersja), w 5 proc. na wewnętrzną (ewersja).

Nie zawsze skręcenie stawu skokowego wymaga pomocy ortopedy. Zależy to od stopnia urazu. Przy I stopniu możemy sami sobie poradzić. Leczenie sprowadza się do przykładania zimnych kompresów, odpoczynku, ograniczenia do minimum chodzenia, usztywnienia kostki opaską elastyczną lub bandażem. Przy stopniu II lepiej wybrać się do ortopedy i zastosować specjalistyczny stabilizator stawu skokowego. Charakterystyka wyrobu

Dużym atutem ortezy kostki AM-OSS-05/CCA PRO jest to, że dzięki swej uniwersalnej konstrukcji, nie jest on dedykowany na konkretną nogę, przez co nie ma konieczności utrzymywania wysokich stanów magazynowych w sklepie medycznym.

W ortezie zastosowano system mocnego sznurowania oraz miękki język, który skutecznie odciąża miejsce sznurowania.

Orteza została wykonana z innowacyjnego surowca ActiveSpace™, AeroSpace™ oraz AeroSpace II™.

W wyrobie zastosowano dwustronne, wyprofilowane stalki, dzięki czemu uzyskano wyrób skutecznie usztywniający staw skokowy i jednocześnie doskonale dopasowujący się do stopy pacjenta.

Wyrób zapewnia doskonałą stabilizację, dzięki zastosowaniu usztywnień bocznych, sznurowadeł przednich i dynamicznych taśm ósemkowych, które w doskonały sposób stabilizują cały staw skokowy i stopę.

W zależności od podatności stawu, możemy korygować i ustalać pożądane ustawienie stopy. Taką możliwość osiągamy poprzez regulację siły napięcia jednej z dwóch taśm elastycznych.

W celu korekcji przywiedzenia należy mocniej napiąć taśmę wychodzącą od wewnętrznej strony stopy. Natomiast, w celu korekcji odwiedzenia należy postąpić odwrotnie. Poprzez utrzymanie standardowego napięcia pasów krzyżowych, ustawiamy stopę w pozycji neuralnej.

• zespół bólowy stawu skokowego i aparatu więzadłowego,

MATERIALS

ActiveSpace™

ActiveSpace™ is a spacer, polyamide 3D lamination with high skin ventilation. It is very lightweight, consisted of 2 layers. Between them, we use polyamide braids. ActiveSpace™ is not elastic what improves stabilization. Inside the lamination, between 2 layers, the air flows freely, maintaining minimal water and moisture absorption. Waterproof material.

AeroSpace II™

AeroSpace II™ is an innovative new generation raw material. It is a distance elastic 3D knitted fabric consisting of two layers of facings and an interlacing that creates the appropriate thickness of the raw material and has relieving properties. The knitwear is made of the highest quality polyester yarn - guaranteeing high mechanical strength and spandex ensuring its proper flexibility. AeroSpace II™ has an external self-gripping layer what makes it easy to adjust each product to individual patient’s needs. This material is characterized by a very low weight, high flexibility and a very large openwork structure, allowing for very easy drainage of sweat from the body and bringing fresh air to the skin. Products made of this raw material are neutral to the secured joint, do not heat or cool it, but ensure its proper compression and fit and reduce muscle vibrations generated during physical exertion. Its thickness and 3D structure perfectly relieves the orthopedic splints, stays or other elements mounted on the product and guarantees velvety softness to the touch.
