Description
6 POINT BRACES
The braces are intended for long-time using in patients with complicated knee instability (partly or complete ACL rupture), which is result of early injuries (before or postoperative) or after joint conditions.
Anatomic profiled splints increase the control of knee movement and provide additionally support points in hinges of the brace (5 and 6 point) by using sides pellotes. It increases control of movement in frontal and rotation plate. The anatomic fitting the brace to the limb is supported by anatomic drop lock.
The AM-OSK-OL/1R-01 brace provides excellent knee stabilization, including frontal and sagittal plate and control of rotation movement, what allows to replace partly injured ligaments and articular capsule. The high level of stabilization allows for competitive training (especially in skiing) or allows for taking part in sport and other activities even in senior age.
The brace is made of ProSIX II™, AeroSpace™
The device is equipped with two independent support straps made of VELCRO tapes and two 2-axial sides splints 1R orthodesign.
We have provided high profiled splints 1R orthodesign in our braces to stabilize knee precisely. Using this splints allows to maintain the hinges in the axis joint during the physiological knee movement.
Purpose of use
Wrap-around lower limb brace with 15o ROM adjustment should be applied in cases of:
– knee dislocation,
– knee twist and sprain,
– side instability of the knee joint,
– knee ligaments LCL, MCL and ACL injuries
– knee ligaments reconstruction
– other surgeries (orthopedic),

AeroSpace™
AeroSpace™ is an innovative new generation raw material. It is a distance elastic 3D knitted fabric consisting of two layers of facings and an interlacing that creates the appropriate thickness of the raw material and has relieving properties. The knitwear is made of the highest quality polyester yarn - guaranteeing high mechanical strength and spandex ensuring its proper flexibility. This material is characterized by a very low weight, high flexibility and a very large openwork structure, allowing for very easy drainage of sweat from the body and bringing fresh air to the skin. Products made of this raw material are neutral to the secured joint, do not heat or cool it, but ensure its proper compression and fit and reduce muscle vibrations generated during physical exertion. Its thickness and 3D structure perfectly relieves the orthopedic splints, stays or other elements mounted on the product and guarantees velvety softness to the touch.
ProSix™
ProSix™ is an innovative fabric 3D, elastic in all directions and fitting to the limb precisely. The external layer is 3D material providing excellent stabilization. There is duothermic spacer foam providing high air permeability and compression inside. The skin has contact with cotton that is breathable and soft. ProSix™ is friendly and neutral for the skin and has Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certificate.

Splint 1R Orthodesign
Szyna ortopedyczna 1R orthodesign, to nowatorskie podejście do tematyki szyn ortopedycznych z regulacją kąta zgięcia i wyprostu. Innowacyjność szyny polega na tym, że w zegarze o średnicy nie przekraczającej 30 mm, zastosowaliśmy regulację kąta zgięcia i wyprostu co 15 stopni. Dodatkowym atutem szyny jest to, że regulacja odbywa się nie przy użyciu wkrętów imbusowych, jak to się odbywało w poprzedniej generacji szyny, lecz za pomocą wkładanych stalowych nitów, które dla ułatwienia wyjmowane są z gniazd kątowych przy użyciu załączonego do szyn magnesu. Wisienką na torcie jest pierścień blokujący, który dzięki systemowi zapadkowemu nie pozwoli na samoczynne przestawienie się wcześniej ustawionego kąta. W ortezach kolana szyny mają odsadzenie goleniowe, co pozwala na bardziej precyzyjne dopasowanie ortezy kolana, a co za tym idzie dokładniej realizują regulację ruchomości stawu, w pozostałych wyrobach zaś, ortezy mają formę prostą. Od spodniej strony zegara zamontowano owalny element do którego doklejono gripper niezbędny do przymocowania do zegara miękkich poduszek bocznych 3D. Szyny te, przy użyciu klucza ortopedycznego będącego w ofercie Reh4Mat, mogą być w niektórych przypadkach indywidualnie dopasowane do kształtu kończyny pacjenta, poprzez ich lekkie dogięcie.
