The braces are intended for long-time using in patients with complicated knee instability (partly or complete ACL rupture), which is result of early injuries (before or postoperative) or after joint conditions.
Long light knee brace ACL CCA is closed construction professional medical device, which increases the gait quality and is the support in rehabilitation of the locomotor system. It stabilizes knee joint and support the muscles insertions.
It is is made of innovative fabrics called Aerospace™ and Activespace™.
The device is equipped with independent sets of Velcro straps, dynamic ACL support and 2-axial anatomic sides splints 2RA-ACL. The splints was equipped with 2RA drop lock, which allows for ROM adjustment (flexion in 75°, extension in 15° and immobilization in 0°). Furthermore, the brace consists of ACL Precision System, what is an innovative support for anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), which in case of its injury, minimalize unrequired anterior drawer syndrome.
We have provided anatomic profiled sides splints 2RA to stabilize knee joint precisely. This solution allows to maintain the hinge in the knee axis during movement. This solution allows to maintain the hinges in the joint axial during performance. The splints are still universal so it is possible to use it for both legs.
Purpose of use
The close brace with ACL Precision system should be applied in cases of:
- ACL injuries operative or non-operative treated
- knee ligaments LCL, MCL and PCL injuries
- knee ligaments reconstruction
- knee dislocation,
- knee twist and sprain,
- side instability of the knee joint,
- other surgeries (orthopedic).
It is possible to use a thinner pad under the drop lock.

ActiveSpace™
ActiveSpace™ is a spacer, polyamide 3D lamination with high skin ventilation. It is very lightweight, consisted of 2 layers. Between them, we use polyamide braids. ActiveSpace™ is not elastic what improves stabilization. Inside the lamination, between 2 layers, the air flows freely, maintaining minimal water and moisture absorption. Waterproof material.
AeroSpace™
AeroSpace™ is an innovative new generation raw material. It is a distance elastic 3D knitted fabric consisting of two layers of facings and an interlacing that creates the appropriate thickness of the raw material and has relieving properties. The knitwear is made of the highest quality polyester yarn - guaranteeing high mechanical strength and spandex ensuring its proper flexibility. This material is characterized by a very low weight, high flexibility and a very large openwork structure, allowing for very easy drainage of sweat from the body and bringing fresh air to the skin. Products made of this raw material are neutral to the secured joint, do not heat or cool it, but ensure its proper compression and fit and reduce muscle vibrations generated during physical exertion. Its thickness and 3D structure perfectly relieves the orthopedic splints, stays or other elements mounted on the product and guarantees velvety softness to the touch.

System 2RA-ACL Precision - Stabilizing splints with ROM adjustment and ACL support
System 2RA-ACL Precision makes it possible to control multidimensional movement of knee joint. This system consists of two splints 2RA and under-knee belts thanks to which femoral and tibial epiphysis do not excessively shift to each other in sagittal plane. It may appear in case of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury (anterior drawer syndrome). Polycentric splints 2RA are equipped with coupling mechanism with main conductive elements which move of parabolic tracks. It makes it possible to hold hinges in the axis of bending knee joint when knee joint bends. Anatomic splints have overextension blockage 15 degrees, flection blockage 75degrees and blockage in straight position. Adjustment of flexion and extension angle is possible with the aid of special screws (each product is equipped with Allan key which is indispensable for adjustment). The system which contains under-knee belts additionally stabilizes knee joint and, moreover, it prevents excessive moving of capital tibial epiphysis ( symptom appears in case of either partial or complete ACL damage). Orthoses with 2RA-ACL system should be applied directly after knee joint injuries with partial or complete ACL damage. Furthermore, they should be used until reconstructive surgery will possibly be carried out (in order to eliminate the situation when injury results will deepen). Orthoses with 2RA-ACL may by applied by people who do not consider reconstructive surgery ACL or do not qualify for this surgery. Regarding orthoses, they are beneficial due to the fact that they improve efficiency and aesthetics of walk. In addition to this, they often make it possible to play sport despite instability of knee joint. As far as both construction and look of splint are concerned, they are patented by Reh4Mat company in The Office of Harmonization for the Internal Market (OHIM).

3D supports
3D relief supports are independent technical solutions to relieve the rigid elements of a given orthosis. These elements are made of supporting foams or EVA foam. These foams are connected with various types of skin-friendly materials and materials with an adhesive function. These pads have the appropriate shape and color adapted to the type of orthosis. They relieve both metal elements of orthoses, such as splints, stays, underwires and orthopedic drop locks, as well as other elements that should not come into direct contact with the patient's skin. These pads have an anatomical shape and are made of comfortable foam with proper hardness and elasticity, guaranteeing the proper therapeutic effect.
Patella stabilizers
Relief stabilizers of various shapes made in 2D technology. They are made of relieving foams connected on one side with a fabric friendly to the patient's skin, and on the other with a gripper, thanks to which the stabilizer can be attached to the adhesive element of the orthosis. Thanks to such a structure, these pads do not have to be sewn into the orthosis, and they can simply be fastened to it from the inside. These elements have an anatomical shape and are made of comfortable foam with proper hardness and elasticity, which guarantees the proper therapeutic effect.
