POOR POSTURE

Incorrect posture is not only an aesthetic aspect. Putting the head forward and sloping the shoulders results in an excessively rounded back, which leads to overload and pain syndromes in the lumbar spine. What’s more, a hunched posture causes compression and a reduction in the capacity of the lungs, which are unable to take in adequate oxygen, which in the long run causes cardiorespiratory failure in the body. This is the most common problem faced by people suffering from spinal osteoporosis. Keeping the back, shoulders and neck in the correct upright position is the only solution to balance all parts of the trunk and reducing the pain. That is why, in addition to traditional physiotherapy treatments, a posture correction back brace such as AM-PES-07 is recommended.

Product’s description:

The AM-PES-07 back brace is designed to move the shoulder girdle back to a neutral, physiological position and reduce excessive thoracic kyphosis. The brace corrects posture and activates trunk muscles and improves the respiratory and circulatory systems.

The brace is made of an ultralight aluminum splint, padded with pressure-relieving upper-back pad and elastic straps.

The anatomically shaped splint provides an effective point of support during postural correction. It prevents deepening of the exaggerated rounding of the upper back. It is padded with skin-friendly material that reduces the pressure of the aluminum splint and wicks moisture away from the user’s skin.

The straps are made of resilient flexible orthopaedic rubber, which effectively retracts and positions the shoulders in the correct, neutral alignment.

The elastic tightening straps offer a wide range of adjustment, so they can easily fit most trunk sizes.

This prevents contracture of all the respiratory muscles and improves the body’s breathing function.

The aluminum upper back splint is resistant to external forces and can therefore also be used in advanced deformities of the thoracic spine due to osteoporotic disease.

The AM-PES-07 back brace can be worn under clothing, whether you are at home, at leisure or in the office. The AM-PES-07 back splint will also serve as additional stabilization and support during physical work, e.g. when lifting heavy objects.
